How can I place a Custom Order?

• Please use our Request A Quote form to send a message. You'll receive a response within 24-48 hours. We will then set a free consultation call to discuss the order/s. Consultation call are MANDATORY.
How big can Hat designs be??

• Hat designs cannot exceed 2.25 inches high. We do not edit logos. Please send png/pdf of your logo/s. Anything other than requested, please consult with CEO, Bobbie Grimes
How big is Left Chest placement?

• Left chest placement will not exceed 3 x 3 inches width and height
Shipping Policy

• All items are custom made and will be completed within 14 Business Days. All orders will be delivered/shipped locally, First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight from Springfield, MA. You'll receive tracking info once item is shipped. We cannot control delivery services once package have left our office. Please enter your correct mailing address as Hall Of Fresh is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged items.
Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

• All sales are final and subject to change without notice • All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that you receive a defected item, we will be more than happy to exchange it for the same item in the same size. Please email us at bobbie@halloffresh.com.
Wrong Address

• If your address is incorrect, please send an email to bobbie@halloffresh.com as soon as possible. It can be changed if order has not shipped.
Out Of Stock

• We restock our items every 2 weeks. If it is a limited time item, once we're sold out of the item it will be removed from site.
